Taxiunionen processes personal data in order to administer membership, benefits and applications. We never share data for third-party marketing.

What data we process

Name, personal identity number, contact details, and information about your operator business, vehicles and employees when provided in an application. For supporting members we process name and contact details.

Why we process it

To administer membership and fees, handle Fair Taxi applications, provide member benefits and inform members about industry matters.

Legal basis

Processing is based on contract (your membership), consent (for example newsletters) or legal obligation where law requires it.

How long we keep data

For the duration of membership and thereafter as long as accounting and association rules require. Applications that do not lead to membership are deleted on an ongoing basis.

Recipients

Data may be shared with Reko Rides AB when you apply to Fair Taxi, and with partners whose benefits you choose to use. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise your rights.
